My experience has been the best possible. You have greatly improved the usability of the site, the menus are more responsive and better organized. Shipping to Brazil is faster which is sensational. The products are always the best and of excellent quality. The Support is agile and very professional and friendly. I can only praise you. LV did a great job with my first order, I really like the procedure they used to avoid fraud. The customer service/Sales agents are very kind and always willing to find the best deal for you. Besides that the items arrived very quick using the free shipping LV provides, items were packed and arrived just as I wanted them. I even got a 10% discount for my next order. Very recommended items expire 10/2021
